Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including technicians and custodial personnel
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of all facilities
• Inspect and evaluate the condition of different systems, such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security
• Oversee the repair and maintenance of equipment and infrastructure
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and monitor the inventory of supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to maintenance activities
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and security
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in computer applications related to maintenance management
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
