- Inspects electrical systems on the equipment and components to identify hazards, defects
and the need for adjustments and repair - Troubleshoots and analyzes different fault or alarm of machine, copies all parameter of all
types of inverter drives - Performs all electrical and mechanical activities and carries out all maintenance activities
during unit shutdown assuring that are being completed at minimum time with minimum
cost. - Performs download and upload back-up program from PLC to PG or USB stick.
- Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits,
wiring, and other electrical system equipment. - Diagnoses malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and
hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. - Optimizes maximum resources available to reduce maintenance cost;
- Plan, supervises, delegates and execute daily tasks, preventive maintenance and
breakdown activities related to production lines in coordination with electricians and
mechanical technicians.
