Job Description

- Function as the operator for Prime / Coating / blasting station.
- Perform Prime, Coating (powder / liquid), Blast application as Per the NOV Tuboscope Standard Operating Procedure.
- Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
- Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the pipes meet the SOP.
- Inform the Coating Plant Supervisor or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs.
- Records Daily Production Reports, Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation
- Follow all the Company HSEMS, QMS, policies and procedures
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned by the Plant Manager or his designee
