- Direct and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance logistics efficiency, getting special deals , and improve service levels.
- Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to negotiate contracts, ensure compliance, and optimize service levels and costs
- Monitor on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover, and other relevant metrics to ensure operational excellence
