Supervise and manage the entire logistics process, including planning, coordination and execution of transportation and warehouse operations.
Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics operations and reduce costs while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas that can be improved and implement necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to logistics operations.
Manage and negotiate contracts with transportation service providers and other logistics service providers.
Develop and implement inventory control systems and procedures to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reduce inventory shortages.
Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing mentorship, training and support.
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and technological developments in logistics and implement relevant changes.
Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile of candidates
Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing and inventory management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
Proven track record of successfully managing and improving logistics operations.
