You will require exceptional customer service skills and the ability to learn the range of uniforms, colours, logos quickly so you foster repeat business whilst proudly representing a strong business brand.
Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing electronic mail and pickup and collection of physical mail to post office
- Undertaking cash register balancing, banking and stationary ordering
- Maintaining high levels of customer service to multiple customers at peak times
- Gaining a good product knowledge of stock and ordering options to enable responses and solutions that engender customers confidence and trust.
- Monitoring performance and achieving team sales targets
- Having a passion for sales and customer service is a must as well as delivering expedient processing of customer sales orders.
- Assisting with packing and sorting customer orders for fast turnaround for delivery
- Answering incoming customer calls
Experience and qualifications
- Experience working in a team within a retail setting understanding trends and delivering high quality customer service, sales, promotions.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Flexibility in terms of work task, work times along with the ability to multitask.
- Alert, energetic and enthusiastic problem solver
