Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating new job entry's & adding/updating relevant information's.
- Making invoices such as Tax invoices, Export invoices, Final Invoices.
- Coordinating with operation department for material readiness.
- Arranging the material for dispatchCoordination both Export and Import shipmentsCoordinating with accounts department for the invoice and send the bills to the account department received from the local/overseas agent.
- Arranging Delivery order collection as soon as the shipment arrives and proceed with customs clearance
