Coordinate with procurement to release orders in time for the open Sales OrdersKeep track of ETD/ETA of every material and align with Sales team & customer delivery timelinesUnderstand regulatory and statutory guidelines in KSA for different chemicals and proactively make sure everything in place to execute import clearances in timeExecute import shipments with ZERO demurrage & detentionCoordinate with warehouse & Operations team to make sure GRN in timeAvail import permits in coordination with respective teams for smooth clearancesMaintain & circulate periodic MIS to sales operations and procurement teamsCoordinate with clearing & Forwarding agent and develop effective communication & process

• Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics preferably in the chemicals sector.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Expert knowledge of IncoTerms CrossTrade and payment terms.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Highly passionate and energetic about their work.
• Soft skills such as adaptability teamwork and attention to detail.
