Job Title: Local & International Sales Specialist
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Detailed Position Requirements:
Handling all breakdown calls received by direct phone call and all other
channels such as email App website etc. and schedule survey ASAP.
Adhere to use CRM system as per company process for matters related
to his job.
Constant contact with agents to receive best rates.
Build relations with agents and compare rates consistently.
Subsequent follow up with clients to get approval.
Continuous follow up with client until shipment reach destination.
Ensure start/end job date for his clients and be on top of all information
related to his clients.
Responsible for coordination with custom clearers and shipping line to
ensure on time booking and smooth operation for client s export/import
shipments.
Accountable for client s payment collections and financial flow between
the Company and shipping lineagentsclearersetc.
Preparation of service proposal and subsequent followup for securing
new contracts.
Reviewing all reports related to sales and prioritize work as required.
Prepare the necessary documentation related to each job and upload it
on CRM system.
Conduct Regular visits to corporate and retails client and provide weekly
report with results.
Be informative and continuously research the shipping and clearance
rules and regulation for each country.
Ensure that all documentation and billing are process in a timely
manner.
Work together with teammates to achieve overall target sales
objectives with full accountability for sales distribution key accounts.
Responsible for delivering sales target according to set budget.
Be ambitious and suggest ways to expand the customer base
Work effectively in coordination with other related departments analyze
and interpret sales results in order to undertake appropriate actions that
develop and maximize business results.
Deliver the company strategy through active implementation of sales
and marketing programs.
Provide accurate 12month Rolling Forecast and report competitive
market information about competitors activities and customers needs.
Work together with team mates to achieve targets respond to clients
swiftly and adhere to using management approved rates.
Proven track record in managing channel sales like corporates and
projects.
Reviewing own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and
requirements.
Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to
generate sales.
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential
markets
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Gathering market and customer information.
Negotiating price costs delivery and specifications with buyers and
managers.
Creating detailed proposal documents often as part of a formal bidding
process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.
Should be able to present and sell company services to clients.
The candidate should possess a strong leadership skill to achieve sales
targets.
Minimum bachelor s degree in related filed.
Minimum 10 years of experience in handling export/import jobs.
Knowledgeable in Saudi Customs and law for export and import.
Should be abreast of the competitive market and come up with
innovative ideas to increase their market share.
SaudinonSaudi national are preferred or whom having a transferable
Iqama.
Must be a college graduate with Excellent verbal and written
Communication skills.
Must have valid Saudi driving license.
