Job Description

- Conduct comprehensive legal research, including gathering facts and performing investigations to fact-check information for diverse cases by searching through public records and other resources provided by clients.
- Draft and analyse legal documents regarding commercial and labour law matters.
- Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, particularly with a focus on Saudi Arabian law.
- Collect, compile and utilise technical knowledge and information to make recommendations to attorneys.
- Prepare affidavits and correspondence, as well as other legal documents such as wills, contracts, briefs, appeals and pleadings.
- Organise different files for various legal proceedings.
- Discuss case details with attoerneys and clients.
- Partake in case management and legal housekeeping.
- Report to General Counsel.
