Job Description

- Review of contracts (Service Agreements, NDA’s, leases, MOU);
- Draft contractual notice replies and support operations in any ongoing disputes;
- Manage document control of the company secretarial documents of the company (POA, MOA, Board Resolutions etc) and circulate such documentation within business teams wherever required;
- Resolve day-to-day legal queries of the business teams not requiring external counsel support;
- Support business for filing and resolving insurance claims.
