What we are looking for:
- 2 years or more experience with litigation, preferably in personal injury (plaintiff or defense);
- Ability to manage your own caseload to include written discovery, depositions, motions, briefing, and trial;
- Trial experience is a plus, but a minimum is an interest in trying cases;
- Team player with a positive attitude, courteous to everyone, and proven track record; and,
- Licensed to practice law in Delaware.
