Minimum Requirements
1. 3 years related experience in the Contact Centre environment, operations, volume management and/or real-time management.
2. Skilled at using contact centre technologies and systems (e.g. IVR, ACD, Recording applications and CRM)
3. Knowledge of contact centre standards, procedures and metrics.
4. Analytical and Organizing skills and good ability to interpret data and reports.
