As a Graphic Designer, you will establish and expand as a world-class brand. Partnering with the Head of Design and VP of Marketing, your focus will be to create stunning designs that express the brand throughout client and public-facing communications. This includes our website, marketing communications, events, social media, and internal materials. Your day-to-day focuses will balance of defining foundational systems and executing designs to completion.

We want you to communicate through visual assets produced with creativity, they're equally analytical. You will create solutions to problems through the visual medium based on how it affects audiences.

You may have developed these solutions through a variety of skills, including:

• In-depth knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography
• Understanding of customer behavior and perception
• Expertise in user research and market analysis
• Expert skills using design programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and others

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Core responsibility Define the brand expression and establish it across all touch points (public, client, and internal).
• Create Energize the team with creativity and craft in touchpoint.
• Brand Synthesize and express the brand in shape, color, typography, layout, motion, etc.
• Systems Establish styles and systems needed to coherently scale brand expression.
• Scale Empower teams with easy-to-use templates for repeated-use collateral.
• Focus and prioritize Clarify the user, business, and team needs for each design challenge. Proactively prioritize, goal-set, and align with cross-functional partners.
• Execute Design concepts, seek feedback, and execute revisions through to completion.
• Collaborate Build relationships with other functions to learn, align, and deliver effective designs.
• Art direction Create structure and provide direction to illustrators and supporting agencies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Brand design Experience creating real-world brands and systems to help them scale.
• Portfolio Showcase aesthetic awareness and design problem solving abilities.
• Tools Expert in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and motion design tools.
• Communication Excellent ability to explain design decisions in words and writing.
• Critique Actively seek, interpret, and implement feedback into your design work.
• Growth Active appreciation and learning in the world of design is part of your life.
• Education Bachelors degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
