- Supervising all lifting activities across and being overall accountable for the implementation of ADNOC Lifting Integrity Management System. Leading a large lifting & maintenance team acting as a ‘champion’ and mentor to promote Staff Active Engagement in better integrity management practices for continuous improvement.
- Providing technical input into the development of integrity performance standards, inspection, survey strategies and programs including suitable acceptance criteria.
- Assuring the asset integrity of all Lifting Equipment and act as the custodian of all auditable records and reports.
- Review and approve all types of Lift Plans without any deviation from ADNOC Offshore Asset
- Integrity Lifting Management System and ADNOC safety standards.
- If unsafe conditions are reported to him, to take suitable measures to rectify the conditions so that the lifting operation can be conducted safely.
