- Ensure the safety of all swimmers by closely monitoring the pool and surrounding areas.
- Respond quickly and effectively to any emergency situations, including performing CPR and first aid when necessary.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Conduct regular pool inspections to identify and address any potential hazards or maintenance issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons with any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of pool usage and incident reports.
- Assist with pool maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and testing water quality.
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on lifeguarding techniques and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other lifeguards and pool staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay vigilant at all times to prevent accidents and respond quickly to any potential hazards.
