- Providing legal advice to all departments of the company in coordination with the Director of the Legal Department
- Assist in the review, negotiation, drafting and conclusion of cooperation agreements and strategic/solidarity partnerships.
- Drafting and providing feedback on contracts as well as providing support and assistance in the reviews of the company's main contracts (such as master purchase agreements, project agreements, and credit contracts).
- Monitor and coordinate government laws and regulations affecting the company.
- Filing cases and preparing appeals and cassation regulations, in addition to responding to the observations of the case registration department in the court in partnership with legal researchers.
