Job Description

- Drafting, review and vetting of contract
- Providing legal opinions
- Assisting in compliance matters
- Assist with maintaining the contract repository.
- Assisting with company licenses and registration.
- Fresh graduate from a reputable institute
- Must be proficient with Arabic language and well aware about corporate laws in the middle-east
- Prior corporate legal experience required (internship experience will count)
- Good research skills
