Provide legal advice and support as required for the preparation and conduct of meetings of IRENA’s
governing bodies; Advise on the status and privileges and immunities of IRENA and its personnel and liaise as
appropriate with relevant governmental authorities or other external parties to explain IRENA’s position on these
matters; Advise on the legal aspects of IRENA’s relations with its Members, with non-member States, and with other
international organisations and non-governmental organisations;
