Learning Experience Manager

• Assess training needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Develop and deliver training programs to ensure organizational effectiveness and employee development
• Create training content and materials for various learning modalities
• Evaluate the impact of training programs to ensure objectives are met
• Monitor and report on training outcomes and metrics
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective training
• Utilize adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer
• Maintain accurate records of training programs and attendee information
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering training programs
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Arabic language highly preferred
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with learning management systems
