Job Description

- Develop and implement the Learning & Development strategies, governance structures, necessary for effective execution of the Human Capital Development Strategy KPIs across the Tourism subsectors.
- Establish a quality measurement criterion to support assessing the tourism sector education & learning providers to define the current, future needs in term of skills requirements, infrastructure to map out the required support by management to sustain the education development growth.
- Participate in Working Group(s) and Project Teams which includes Stakeholders from the Government, Semi-Government, Private, International, and Educational entities to plan, design, and develop the Human Capital Development Strategy learning programs.
- Create new partnerships with relevant Stakeholders (i.e. local and internationals Schools, technical institutes), Vendors & Partners to ensure effective implementation of Human Capital Development Strategy learning programs.
