Lead Offshore Construction Engineer

Experience- 9 to 15 years

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

8 years ‘experience in offshore construction.

Good commercial, financial and contractual awareness.

Good negotiation and decision making skills.

Excellent spoken and written English language skills.

Good report writing skills. Potential managerial skills.

Committed team player/ leader.

Thorough understanding of offshore operations and equipment.

Assist Construction Managers in managing and directing all site construction activities ensuring that the necessary resources are available offshore when needed, all safety requirements are complied with and that work is carried out in line with the contract terms, specifications and ISO standards.

Supervise the activities of Construction Engineers and provide technical advice to ensure that compliance with defined standards and on-time delivery of work
