- Lead and manage engineering projects related to wet processes, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on wet process design, equipment selection, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineering, operations, and maintenance, to define requirements, develop specifications, and ensure seamless integration of wet processes into existing production systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies, process simulations, and cost analyses to evaluate and select the most suitable wet process technologies and equipment for specific applications.
