Our center is seeking a friendly, highly organized, and self-motivated Receptionist to add to our Administrative Team. This individual must:

• Maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Pay close attention to detail
• Be open to direction and constructive criticism

The Receptionist's responsibilities include:

• Welcome and greet parents and students
• Answer incoming calls and take detailed messages
• Make outgoing calls
• Maintain organization and filing system of the front desk
• Assist with the enrollment process for new students
• Maintain children's files
• Sending and receiving faxes
• General data entry
• Being bilingual is a plus!
