Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on labor and employment matters
- Defend businesses in employment law cases, including discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment issues.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and trials as necessary.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to provide high-quality legal services to clients.
