Our client is a multinational with entities in Real Estate Development, Investments, Hospitality and Government Investments. A successful candidate will have proven experience as an Accountant with a real estate developer in the UAE with the ability to execute all accounting work.
Key Roles to include:
- Produce journal entries for the acquisition or disposition of real estate assets
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Preparation and reconciliation of budgets and capital reserve accounts
- Analysis of monthly financial reports
- Special projects and additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, additionally a certification in CPA, CA, CMA OR ACCA is essential
- 3-4 years accounting experience with a real estate developer is essential
- You must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
