Job Description

- BSc. Surveying graduate or acceptable diploma in surveying
- Minimum of (5) year of experience in land surveying and setting out for similar works (bachelor's degree) or (10) years of experience in land surveying and setting out of similar works (Diploma holder).
- Knowledge of surveying procedures and instruments, engineering formulas.
- Knowledge of drafting, arithmetic, geometry, calculus and engineering formulas, CADD drawings and maps.
- Experience in the construction of roads, infrastructure and landscaping projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.
- Requires a comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction-related processes, as well as industry practices.
- Also requires excellent written and oral communication skills, a familiarity with CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering and construction, and the proven ability for performing in a lead capacity on a project.
- Keeps accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed. Coordinates findings with work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with project.
