- Support Global Team (Country/Regional managers, team members, as well as payroll counterparts) with all issues pertaining to UKG (KRONOS) functionality/set up/access/calculations & provide timely response to queries
- Process global restructures as required and when requested
- Test programming of new pay/work rules for new Countries
- Set up Holidays and Holiday Profiles for new countries
- Create Pay Code Edit/View profiles for new countries
