About the Client:
A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Create and plan menus in collaboration with the head chef.
- Oversee and train junior kitchen staff for consistent performance.
- Ensure high-quality dishes through taste tests and adherence to standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments for seamless service.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role from high end casual or fine dining restaurant
