One of our leading Construction industry clients in the UAE is looking for Administrator to provide administrative and secretarial support in all the areas as required by the PMO.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide support to the team for the running of the business. His / her duties would also be attending the telephone calls, greeting the visitors and directing them, word processing, creating spreadsheets, and presentations, and filing documents and records.
- Schedule all appointments, and meetings, prepare the agenda of the meeting, record the minutes of the internal meeting, etc.
- Receive inquiries and coordinate internally with the concerned personnel in the organization to provide necessary clarifications.
- Answer the telephone calls and give the required information to the callers or direct the calls to the concerned person and place outgoing calls.
- Draft, dispatch, and deliver official correspondence and filing of correspondences appropriately.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies, processes, and procedures.
- Performing other relevant duties as and when required.
Requirements
To be considered for the role, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in any discipline with Professional course certification in Computer, English language, or Professional certification in office administration and secretarial practice.
- 5 years of administration experience in public/private sector organizations.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Coordination skills.
- Record management.
- Project reporting.
- Computer Proficiency.
- Mandatory bilingual Arabic/English speaker.
- Experience working in a Construction, Infrastructure, Military or Defense, or Aviation, environment would be an added advantage.
- Location - Abu Dhabi, UAE.
