Key Account Manager

Develop, manage, and optimize budgets for events. Implement cost-effective strategies to maximize ROl while meeting financial targets.

Drive sales strategies and meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPls). Foster relationships with key stakeholders to secure sponsorships and exhibitors.

Develop and execute benchmarking exercises to evaluate the performance of our events against industry standards. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.

Engage with government agencies and entities to secure support, partnerships, and participation in our events. Navigate governmental regulations and policies to ensure event compliance.

Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with industry associations, corporations, and other key players. Cultivate long-term relationships to enhance the profile and impact of our events.

Facilitate business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-government (B2G) interactions at our events. Create opportunities for networking and collaboration between participants.

Oversee all logistical aspects of event planning. including exhibitor coordination, venue selection, and on-site management.
