- Client Acquisition: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients who can benefit from our recruitment services. This involves research, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Client Onboarding: Guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand our services and how we can best assist them.
- Sales Database Management: Maintaining and updating our client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Sales Lead Generation: Identifying and adding new B2B sales leads to our database to keep the sales pipeline active and growing.
- Recruitment: Work with the recruitment team to reach out to potential candidates, conduct interviews, and apply various assessment tools.
