Reporting to the legal department, the compliance lawyer's main responsibilities include:
Contract engineering: negotiating, reviewing, and drafting contracts with internal clients and stakeholders,
Compliance: implementing, disseminating, and monitoring compliance with regulations (Sapin II law, anti-curroption, unfair competition, conflicts of interest, risk mapping, etc.) and GDPR regulations,
Intellectual property and innovation law: involvement in digital law, innovation, and data issues, copyright, and image rights
