- Relevant academic degree, a professional qualification from a recognized security authority or appropriate security experience through working within law enforcement, regulatory enforcement, military, academic, or equivalent experience.
- Three years minimum experience working in corporate security or a similar commercial environment in high-risk countries, including practical experience of project management, incident, and crisis management, in a multinational company, a security company, or similar experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the main political and security issues in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the Middle East is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills.
- Excellent command of English. Arabic is an advantage.
- Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
