Junior Document Controller
We are one of the leading Precast Concrete specialists in the U.A.E. searching for talented candidates from any nationality to join our team in Dubai.
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 24 years of Experience as Document Controller/Billing Clerk/Inventory Coordinator/ Receptionist in Precast/Construction Industry.
Bachelors degree any field
Basic Knowledge in MS Office 365
Ability to understand and willing to learn new skills and knowledge
Time Management & Organizing Skill
Good Communication Skill in English
Maintain Confidentiality
Junior Document Controller Roles
Verifying the documents & Accurate Data Entry
Organized Filing and Archiving
Effective Communication & Coordination with the peers/Managers and Suppliers
Answering queries with right details.
Preparing reports and other ad hoc tasks.
