Junior Configuration Officer

• Understand the requirements of the project and accordingly provide support to project teams in configuring and base-lining project items
• Apply control mechanisms to ensure correct Product Data information are provided.
• Prepare Data Packs for internal and external usage, ensure a high level of data integrity and quality.
• Maintain and manage high quality, integrity and security of data in the Configuration Management (CM) database
• Control and distribute all Company information in accordance with Halcon Policies and Procedures.
• Conduct audits to validate the completeness of data pack
• Maintain control of the Product Data Index (PDI’s) and Document Data Index (DDI’s) and validate its accuracy
• Produce reports on configuration status as required
• Liaise with senior CM officers to maintain, govern and administer the CM Procedures and Policies
  

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• 5 years of experience in configuration management / document control in the capacity of Junior Officer or Configuration Assistant
