Key Responsibilities
v Reporting to the General Manager.
v Process and Register the RFQ/ Tender for Automation/Instrumentation/Electrical Turnkey Projects
v Preliminary Scanning of the RFQ/Tender to decide to bid or nobid decision for Sales and Management
v Plan and initiate to get approval for Tender Bond and to follow up with Finance Department if required.
v Selection of best costeffective solution for Control Automation & Instrumentation systems.
v Coordinating with OEM/Principle for better Price support & get a proper quote for all the major items for costing the job (revalidate the same based on the timeline of the award of contract/PO)
v Prepare prequalification document like Project Schedule Method Statement Project Organogram Org Chart as required for BIDS.
v Preparation of technical offer compliance statement TBE TQ close outs and Deviation list if any
v Finalize on the costing and prepare the technocommercial proposal based on the GPM policy for the respective job series for the sales/management review
v Budgetary offers can be submitted to client directly by estimation any job in hand proposals shall be primarily submitted only by Sales incharge in their absence Estimation can submit.
v Attending all Technical meetings and provide proper ontime response to the M/s.Client
v Assist the Sales team in order to win the Project by preparing and providing him all the necessary information which comes time to time.
v Prioritizing the RFQ s by coordinating with the Sales team winning strategy in consultation with Sales Director/General manager and senior management.
v Developing good rapport with OEM & SubSuppliers and negotiate projectbased pricing
v Clarify all the budget related queries from Cost controller/Finance department / Procurement/ Project Team throughout the project
v Discuss with Line manager about the requirements (Specification RFQ and Scope of Work etc) and decide on the right platform/solution to be proposed
v Preparing Costing TechnoCommercial offers System Architecture TBE Layouts etc to M/s Client.
v Submission of Offers/Tenders as per client requested deadline.
v Managing revision of offers costing and submittals if any & record for line managers review.
v Updating the Internal enquiry register on the opportunities quoted status.
v Internal Kickoff meeting with Project execution team
v Kickoff meeting with customer if required.
v Support to Project team as and when required during the execution stage of the project.
v Clarifications to Accounts on Project costing as and when if required.
v On winning the project prepare clear Job transfer details and submit to Accounts and Project Team as per the company procedure/ policy & Preparation of Hand over documents.
