Java Architect

Our company is a business venture that deals in fabrics for women s wear. We are involved in wholesale, retail as well as e-commerce of these fabrics. We are currently looking for potential candidates for the role of Data Entry Specialist.

The primary duty of the Data Entry Specialist shall be to accurately and efficiently enter data into various computer systems and databases. The job profile further entails the following responsibilities:

1. Review and verify information from source documents

2. Enter data into computer systems

3. Check entered data for accuracy and make necessary corrections

4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

5. Stay up-to-date with new data entry techniques and technologies

6. Exhibiting strong technical and non-technical skills during the course of the work whenever found necessary

7. Attending customers and responding on required issues meticulously

8. Keeping a check on the overall coordination of the workers

9. Ensuring timely dispatch of orders

Preferred Industry-based skills:

1. Strong typing skills and attention to detail

2. Well-versed with Microsoft Office and data entry software

3. Good organizational and time management skills in order to work within the deadlines

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills

5. Knowledge of data protection and security measures

Preferred Qualifications:

1. PGDM/MBA in Business Management or Operations Management

2. Bachelor s or Master s degree in Management or relevant technical field

3. 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry or a related field
