IT Technical Support Associate Analyst - UAE National

Position Name: Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• ETL: Collect data from various sources within the company, process, and load into our SQL server database to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date
• Regular reporting: Periodically update existing recurring reports and make minor changes as needed
• Ad Hoc reporting: Occasionally create basic reports as needed
• IT Troubleshooting: Analyze, solve, and correct issues pertaining to data in the database when they
• Invoice processing: Monthly processing of invoice payments for CRM and related

Qualifications:

• Intermediate to advanced excel skills is a must (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• SQL background is a must (Writing queries and procedures)
• VBA skills is a plus
• Other programming skills used for automation is a plus
• Understanding of business systems is a plus ( CRM)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical minded with strong attention to detail
• Must be a self-starter that proactively looks for ways to improve existing processes and suggest them to the team
• English is business level or above (Because many reports or data in the database are in English).
