Leading all phases of diverse Business application projects.
Third Party Apps integrated for Company Corporate CRM strategy for Customer Journey within DMS.
Manage Autoline DMS Application support and system setups on Drive IA.
Implementations, managing and administering Microsoft Office 365 enterprise cloud suite that consist of Exchange, Lync, and SharePoint.
Take ownership of and resolve all incidents and requests assigned to oneself within in a professional manner.
Responsible for Co-ordination, configuration, installation and support of all infrastructures.
Monitors and maintains Windows Server operation system and additional server components including but not limited to Active Directory, SharePoint, SQL Server, Office 365.
Establishes and maintains automated patching for all systems for which employee is responsible.
