Responsibilities
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Manage network equipment and wireless access points.
• Set up M365 accounts and workstations.
• Maintain asset inventory and centralized device management.
• Troubleshoot network issues and outages.
• Ensure security through MDM, access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Provide technical support to internal staff.
• Build an internal knowledge base with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
