Aon is looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal employees and ensuring the smooth operation of all hardware and software systems. Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to internal employees via phone email and inperson
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues
Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other peripherals
Monitor and maintain the companys network and servers
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Assist with the setup and support of virtual meetings and conferences
Stay uptodate with the latest technology trends and advancements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
2 years of experience in a technical support role
Proficient in Windows and Mac operating systems
Knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other productivity tools
Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and timemanagement skills
