- Develop and implement IT service management strategies, policies, and procedures in line with ISO 20000 standards.
- Design and optimize IT service delivery processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
- Define and maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services, monitoring and reporting on the performance against targets.
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with ISO 20000 requirements and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service integration and delivery across the organization.
