IT Marketing Assistant

As an IT cum Marketing Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting both IT and Marketing functions of a dynamic and innovative business formation consultancy.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to internal staff troubleshoot hardware and software issues and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.
• Manage and update the company website ensuring content is current and aligned with marketing strategies.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including networks servers and security protocols.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing social media and online advertising.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures presentations and promotional content.

Requirements :

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools social media platforms and email marketing.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support and marketing roles.
