IT Field Support

Responsibilities • Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users. • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, both common and complex. • Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software applications. • Set up and troubleshoot network connections, printers, and peripherals. • Educate users on best practices and provide training on new technologies. • Follow established procedures to ensure data security and system backups. • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and solutions provided. • Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends. Requirements • Associate's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field. • Proven experience in IT support or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.
