Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNSUP) to join our team working in a skilled nursing facility at Easton PA for a contract! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients. Schedule may vary. This includes our Daily Pay!
Requirements
RN License in state applied
Must Possess a BLS through AHA
Oversees RNs, LPNs and nursing aides, medical clerks and support staff
Responsible for scheduling, assignments, performance evaluations and disciplining poorly performing employees
Establishes employee policies and procedures
Mentors nursing staff as needed
Sets unit goals and standards and chairs staff meetings
