Intern - People Talent

• Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the People team to manage internal recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient hiring practices
• Build market maps and identify potential talent both passive and active.
• Manage end-to-end internships and junior-level recruitment.
• Support on any special projects as required within the People team
• Coordinate and track the progress of people's movements (transfers, promotions etc) & HR data changes
• Supports the People Manager on key people initiatives and projects
• Collaborate with the People team to address employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and addressing employee concerns as needed.

What you'll need:

• GCC Nationals or UAE residency holders with a minimum of 3-6 months validity from the start date of the internship (only student residency or family sponsorship are eligible, work/company sponsorship will not be considered) - this is a must
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Customer and candidate focus with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required tasks
