- Coordinate pre-recorded video interviews, technical tests and face-to-face interviews of candidates;
- Prepare interview reports following the completion of panel interviews; Initiate and follow-up on reference checks and academic verifications and ensure completion of pre-recruitment formalities; Update HR internet and intranet pages;
- Analyse and organizing data for inclusion in HR reports; Provide logistics support for training programmes (e.g. registering staff, coordinate with vendors, arranging for payments, etc.);
- Draft presentations, internal or external news articles, social media posts; Perform other duties as required. Learning Areas During the internship period, the successful applicant will develop an understanding of the HR processes relative to recruitment, develop skills relating to planning and organizing and logistics support and further develop research and analytical skills.
