Knowledge, skills & experience:
- 5-7 Years of Experience as an Interior Architect with experience in Concept Design in Hospitality, Commercial or F&B Industry.
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or other relevant fields.
- Design/Architecture experience in space planning, reinventing/rejuvenating the current spaces.
- Supporting stakeholders and business units in formalising design requirements while considering and balancing the business impacts of these decisions.
- Taking the lead in design and project-related meetings, presenting proposed strategies and outcomes effectively to stakeholders.
- Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and innovations to ensure the team remains informed and adaptive.
- Must have a strong and polished concept design portfolio.
