App/Instrumentation Analyst helps with analysing the app performance in key Client projects. Responsibilities include analysing the consumer journey in the Apps and setting up analytical events through tools like Firebase to measure performance and drive conversion rates.
The successful candidate will work directly with Clients to ensure Deliverables are met. He or she will coordinate with Clients team and their technology departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil Client needs. Typically reports to a manager. Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
⢠Analyse the consumer journey in the App and define the list of events to be tracked
⢠Setup up Firebase events by working with the Technology/Engineering team
⢠Test the accuracy of Firebase events
⢠Setup Google Analytics events
⢠Setup events for marketing automation tools like Clevertap and Webengage
⢠Setup marketing pixels for Americana marketing team through Tag Manager
⢠Analyse the drop-off points on the app through the events and make recommendations
⢠3-5 yearsâ experience in the digital analytics industry
⢠Experience configuring Firebase events
⢠Experience working with Technology teams in setting up marketing automation tools like Clevertap and Webengage
⢠Experience setting up marketing pixels through Tag manager
⢠Experience setting up Google Analytics events through Tag manager
⢠Experience analysing the App ratings and share recommendations
⢠Certified on Google Analytics
⢠Experience working on Hotjar
⢠Expertise in using A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely or a similar tool
⢠Proficient in spoken and written English
⢠Bachelors or Master degree in engineering or statistics
